How long does it take to ship?
We are located in New Jersey and we arrange and program all of our radios right from our facility here. We usually ship within 24 hrs. of receiving a complete order.

Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions required?
The answer is no. We do not charge and subscriptions or monthly fees. When you purchase your radios they are ready to use right out of the box for 365 days(1yr). Afterwards you can choose to reactivate your service for another 365 days(1yr) for only $39. This is a activation fee we pay to connect you to our global data service providers

Will these 2 way radios work in another state or country?
The answer is Yes. These 2 way radios will work anywhere in the united states and abroad. The range is unlimited. Most countries have the same communication data service providers. This means when you travel or send one to a family member it will automatically search for a nearby data center and connect. Its just that simple, no configurations required. Note: If you are flying you might have to restart the device after arriving at your destination. HERE IS A LIST OF COUNTRIES /REGIONS

Are these 2 way radios private?
The answer is yes. They are completely private and encrypted end to end. This means that only the people in your group can hear your conversation.

How do I create users and groups?
You can use our online portal to request changes to your devices after you purchase them. You can leave a note at checkout of users and group names or you can simply call us and we can do it for you before we ship or after you receive them.

Can I talk 1 on 1 even though I have group setup ?
Yes. All you have to do is select that user from the group and speak privately with them

What makes this different from a cell phone?
First of all, there is no phone number associated with the service. No numbers to dial. Instant communication using all of the available data networks. If one provider goes down they will connect to the next available option keeping you connected in the event of an emergency.

What is your return policy and warranty?
We have a 1 yr warranty on all of our products.
100% customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not happy with the product, and if we can't satisfy you. Simply return it, as long as it is in like new condition with the original packaging/accessories and fall within our 7 day refund/return window.
